WHY WAS TECHNATIVE THERE?

The Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) needed to improve their collaboration capabilities across various meeting spaces. Limited screen real estate: The existing 55-inch display in the boardroom made it difficult to manage and read spreadsheets and text during meetings. Need for additional video conferencing space: RLSS’s expanding operations required more dedicated video conferencing facilities.

The Solution

Samsung Electronics and Poly provided a comprehensive solution to address RLSS’s needs:

Enhanced Boardroom Collaboration:
- A Samsung 86-inch display replaced the 55-inch screen in the boardroom, significantly improving the visibility and readability of content.
- A Poly Studio USB camera was installed, enabling seamless video conferencing capabilities.
Upgraded Training Room:
- The existing 86-inch touchscreen in the training room was equipped with a Poly Studio USB camera, further enhancing video conferencing functionality.
Expanded Video Conferencing:
- Two Huddle Rooms were equipped with Poly R30 video conferencing solutions, providing additional dedicated spaces for video calls.
