Phoenix Group and Technative have worked together for some time now, helping them to transition their spaces to hybrid spaces. Working with their team in 2020, we were tasked with creating an existing events space into having the capability of a Board meeting with everyone socially distanced but also cutting automatically to each individual as they speak during video meetings to provide as good an experience as possible for all who have not travelled to site. Not an easy task…

Alongside their already existing dual PTZ camera, multiple wireless microphones and projector event setup, we integrated a system with 2 sets of Poly Eagle Eye Director 2 camera systems, Sennheiser Teamconnect 2 microphone arrays, and 6 strategically placed 55” repeater monitors.

Hybrid working, an often overused term, refers to the challenge of ensuring a seamless meeting experience for both on-site and off-site participants. Enter Technative.
We provided 2 Poly Eagle Eye Director 2 systems with auto-tracking, auto-framing, and auto-switching capabilities. Integrated with the Extron DMP 128 C V AT, 2 Sennheiser Teamconnect 2 microphones, and intelligent camera switching technology, our solution guarantees perfect framing of each participant as they speak.
To enhance visibility, we installed 6x 55” repeater monitors, allowing participants to view the far-end without relying solely on the larger projector screen.
Controlled by an upgraded Extron system and a convenient 10” touch panel, our AV system ensures effortless management and even includes an automatic shutdown feature for energy efficiency.
